Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor compliance.
• Lead safety meetings and daily operational huddles.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and site logs.
• Coordinate with engineers and field staff effectively.

Skills

Commercial construction field experience

Knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP

Ability to read plans and resolve layout issues

OSHA 30 certification

BuilderTrend experience

Spanish bilingual preferred
