Job summary

Peak Venture Group in Ketchum Idaho is hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of the project, lead direct reports, and manage day-to-day operations. The project manager is responsible for scheduling, subcontracts, and maintaining project milestones in collaboration with the superintendent.

Qualifications

• Requires a Construction Management degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years' experience as a commercial construction project manager.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Set up project schedules, subcontracts, and weekly meetings.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to maintain milestones and address issues.
• Produce daily and weekly project documentation and updates.
• Manage budget, cost, AR and AP for assigned projects.
• Interface with project owners, architects, engineers, and service providers.
