Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction and bidding through construction and closeout.
• Lead on-site superintendents and project teams throughout the construction process.
• Read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage bidding, buyout, subcontractor selection, scopes of work, and subcontract issuance.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, cost reporting, and progress billing.
• Coordinate design reviews, design changes, and project requirements with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Manage change orders, pricing impacts, and value engineering.
• Monitor costs, schedules, quality control, safety, and overall performance.
• Report progress and risks to management.
