Job summary

BKB Enterprises is hiring a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from bidding through closeout across California. You will drive planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while coordinating owners, architects, and field teams.

Qualifications include 10+ years in commercial construction, TI or ground-up experience, and strong command of drawings, Procore, and MS Project. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bonsall, CA with a 30-mile radius requirement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Commercial Construction Project Manager.
• Experience managing projects from bidding through closeout.
• Commercial TI and/or ground-up construction experience.
• Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
• Procore certification or willingness to obtain before start.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Full-time, in-office position located in Bonsall, CA.
• Must live within approximately 30 miles of the office.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from bidding through closeout.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Review plans and specifications for constructability.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, procurement, and documentation.
• Prepare bid packages and qualify subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Project schedules.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project performance.
• Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Support field operations to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
