Job summary

Gordon Highlander is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial construction projects valued from $1M to $10M+. You will own multiple projects from preconstruction to closeout, directing project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (TI/Corporate Interiors).
• Experience managing projects valued from $1M to $10M+.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control acumen.
• Proven leadership and client relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead buyout, subcontractor management, procurement, and contract administration.
• Foster client relationships and coordinate with architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
