This role manages projects from pre-construction through completion and coordinates with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel.

You will prepare accurate estimates, budgets, bid proposals, and monitor safety, quality, and timelines. Salary is $65,000–$100,000 per year, with benefits after 90 days and a stable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, Estimator, or similar role.
• Knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Experience preparing estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction estimating and project management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through final completion.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, and bid proposals.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and project schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, quality, and timelines.
• Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel.
• Resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support Design-Build and Construction Management projects across industries.
