Qualifications

• 3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private, or federal projects is required.
• Civil estimating experience preferred.
• Must visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of commercial construction project proposals and bids.
• Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs.
• Review plans and specifications.
