Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Commercial Compliance Analyst to lead Commercial Audit and Certification Management. Own Rubrik's portfolio of security certifications and manage audits end-to-end, from evidence collection through to final report delivery.

You'll coordinate across InfoSec, IT, Legal, and Engineering, oversee evidence gathering, and drive remediation to closure. This role emphasizes scalable, continuous audit readiness using automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security compliance, audit management, or GRC.
• Hands-on experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 audits and one additional framework.
• Experience working with external auditors and certification bodies, including scoping and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the audit and certification calendar across Rubrik's portfolio (SOC 1/2, ISO, CSA STAR, HITRUST, HIPAA).
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage evidence requests and remediation.
• Maintain mapping between controls and evidence sources for continuous audit readiness.
