Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Senior Commercial Claims Analytics Consultant to work remotely across the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska). You will transform data into decision-ready insights to drive portfolio management, risk outcomes, and business performance, partnering with Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SQL (Snowflake preferred), Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience essential
• Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging trends and issues; consult with senior management on complex projects
• Perform complex data analyses aligned to business and portfolio objectives
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights
• Develop datadriven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and outcomes
• Collaborate with Claims, Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology to deliver solutions
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team success
