OneGroup, a subsidiary of Community Bank, N.A., seeks a seasoned Claims Consultant to manage complex commercial Property & Casualty claims for diverse clients. You will deliver strategy, coverage consultation, client advocacy, carrier accountability, and executive-level guidance while collaborating with carriers, counsel, Producers, Account Executives, and Risk Management Consultants.

Primary responsibilities include leading large-loss reviews, stewardship discussions, and service plan

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of progressive commercial P&C claims experience.
• Knowledge of Property, General Liability and Auto Liability coverages.
• Strong negotiation, writing and presentation skills.
• Experience with complex claims and carrier escalation.
• Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar system is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-severity, complex or coverage-challenged claims and develop action plans.
• Review liability, reserves, settlements, litigation developments, and carrier handling.
• Analyze policy language, endorsements and denials; advocate for carrier review.
• Coordinate with carriers, counsel, experts, and leadership while maintaining boundaries.
• Identify subrogation and recovery opportunities when applicable.
• Provide proactive updates and lead stewardship and service plan discussions.
