Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a local, respected commercial construction GC/CM in its search for a Carpenter- Foreman to lead on-site execution of large-scale projects in the area.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of ground-up commercial experience, stability in employments, and a background in carpentry supervision. This role offers strong benefits, growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of large-scale commercial construction experience.
• Ground-up project experience in Commercial GC/CM environments.
• Experience consistency with a stable work history and relevant project exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from framing to finish.
• Direct Carpenter foreman activities and coordinate with GC/CM teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance on site.
