The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of ground-up commercial experience, stability in employments, and a background in carpentry supervision. This role offers strong benefits, growth, and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of large-scale commercial construction experience.
• Ground-up project experience in Commercial GC/CM environments.
• Experience consistency with a stable work history and relevant project exposure.

• Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects from framing to finish.
• Direct Carpenter foreman activities and coordinate with GC/CM teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance on site.

My client an excellent Commercial Construction GC/CM company in the local area is actively in search of a commercial constructionCarpenter- Foreman

G/C & Construction Management Commercial experience is required no exceptions. Individuals will have at least 3 years of large-scale Commercial Construction experience. Applicants must have commercial experience running projects from ground up.

Requirements

Qualified individuals for these positions will have at least 3+ years of experience with a stable work history and relevant work/ project experience (Commercial, Large retail, Malls, Hotel, Healthcare, etc.). Must have ground up experience. Salary is dependent upon years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree not required but a plus (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, etc.
