A leading automotive retailer in Virginia is seeking an experienced sales professional for a full-time position. This role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, sales experience, and the ability to maintain customer relationships. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in automotive parts and be comfortable in a team-oriented environment. Competitive compensation with commission based on performance is available.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams.
• Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
