Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Flemington, NJ. The role focuses on profitable growth of the commercial business through customer retention and strategic sourcing.

You will work with store leadership to ensure timely delivery and high levels of service, while developing deep knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The position requires strong selling skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the capacity to lead team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead team members.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Supervise and coach team members with the GM.
• Coordinate with GM on training and development.
