A leading automotive parts retailer in Houston is seeking a knowledgeable sales professional for their commercial business. You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing day-to-day support for team members. Candidates should possess strong automotive parts knowledge, proven sales skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers. The role includes a mix of indoor and outdoor work and may require lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
