Job summary

Cottingham & Butler is seeking an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a team of Auto/Liability Adjusters, oversee training, and drive service excellence.

You will ensure claims handling complies with statutes and company policies, investigate claims, determine liability, and manage subrogation and litigation as needed. The role requires 3+ years in commercial auto adjusting and 1-5 years of management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial auto liability adjusting experience.
• 1-5 years of management experience.
• Strong training and development skills.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Auto/Liability Adjusters.
• Coordinate training and development for staff.
• Ensure claims handling complies with applicable statutes, regulations and company procedures.
• Investigate, take statements, estimate damages, determine liability, deny claims, subrogation, litigation as needed.
