• Manage a portfolio of commercial auto claims from initial assignment through resolution.
• Oversee commercial auto liability claims from TPA.
• Conduct thorough investigations, evaluating coverage, liability, and damages.
• Establish and maintain accurate reserves in a timely manner.
• Communicate with TPAs, insureds, claimants, attorneys, and service providers.
• Negotiate settlements within authority levels; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document claim files clearly and thoroughly; collaborate with underwriting and legal teams.
