Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Commercial Accounting to lead revenue, gross-to-net reserves, AR, inventory and COGS accounting for its commercialization activities. This fully remote role partners with Trade & Distribution, Market Access, and third-party providers to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech/pharma accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge (ASC 606), and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in biotech/pharma or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP including ASC 606 revenue recognition, gross-to-net, inventory and COGS.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close for product revenue, gross-to-net reserves, AR, and related commercial activities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules; ensure ASC 606 compliance.
• Oversee inventory and COGS accounting, including reserves and 3PL interactions.
• Lead AR and order-to-cash processes with distributors and partners.
• Support commercial launches and market access alignment.
• Produce schedules for quarterly and annual reporting; assist external audits and SOX controls.
