Job summary

GE Vernova’s Gas Power unit seeks a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead development and industrialization of next-generation Gas Power Systems and services across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management and suppliers to optimize manufacturability, drive NPI, and reduce costs while aligning with the overall commodity strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM; Alternative: High School Diploma with significant engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the next generation of Gas Power Systems and Power Services Products across the product lifecycle.
• Serve as an Expert Advanced Manufacturing Engineer focusing on combustion components in cross-functional environment to optimize manufacturability and cost.
• Own component producibility from conceptual design through stable production.
• NPI process development and qualification across suppliers and internal factories; on-time delivery with quality.
• Drive part cost considering design, sourcing, and manufacturing.
• Communicate design change risks and impacts prior to implementation.
