You will work with spectrophotometers and color tools to validate color data, manage lab dips, and maintain color standards in fast-paced, deadline-driven programs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in color development for materials, preferably consumer product materials.
  • Proven ability to move color specs from concept to production.
  • Excellent color perception and use of FM100 color acuity testing.
  • Experience with lab dip approvals and color libraries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead color development for textiles, synthetics, foams and leathers.
  • Oversee end-to-end color execution from brief to production readiness.
  • Establish and maintain accurate color standards and approvals.
  • Drive color consistency across high-volume programs and palettes.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers for color accuracy and repeatability.
  • Manage lab dips, approvals, and color libraries; track activities across systems.
  • Capture and analyze color data with spectrophotometers and light boxes.
