Job summary

Trove Brands in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a Materials and Color Developer for Soft Goods to translate seasonal direction into production-ready standards across bags, accessories, and apparel. You will develop materials, manage color processes, create CADs, and maintain material libraries, collaborating with Product, Design, and overseas mills.

Requires a Bachelor’s in textile design or related field and 3+ years in material/color development, with proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in textile design or related field.
• 3+ years in material and/or color development.
• Strong knowledge of textile construction and materials.
• Experience with overseas mills and factories.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop woven, knit, coated, and technical materials; manage sampling and development records.
• Own the lab dip and color approval process from submission to bulk production.
• Create seasonal color CADs and trend boards using Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Maintain physical and digital material and color libraries.
• Coordinate daily material/color communication with overseas vendors.
