Requirements include 5+ years of collision repair experience and knowledge of modern vehicle construction. Welding, frame machines, and I-CAR certificates are valued. Compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Knowledge of modern vehicle construction, repair techniques and safety standards.
• I-CAR Welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and non-structural repairs according to OEM and industry standards.
• Complete bodywork including panel replacement, dent repair, welding, sanding, filling, and aligning body components.
• Repair, replace, and refinish body panels and parts as needed.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Work with estimators, painters, and parts personnel to maintain workflow and repair timelines.
• Follow repair orders, document work performed, and maintain repair records.
• Keep tools and workspace clean and safe; adhere to PPE and safety guidelines.
• Stay current on training and manufacturer procedures.
