Job summary

Groundswell is hiring a Collibra Developer to design, implement, and extend data governance solutions using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. You will work with data governance, engineering, and business teams to translate governance needs into scalable Collibra-based solutions, with special focus on integrating Collibra with Databricks for metadata management and lineage.

The role requires hands-on Collibra expertise, experience with Databricks or similar platforms, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and implementing Collibra solutions.
• Experience configuring Collibra communities, domains, assets, relationships, attributes, and governance structures.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and stewardship.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration frameworks for Collibra integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and enhance the Collibra Platform, including DGC and Edge.
• Develop and maintain business glossaries, data catalogs, metadata models, and governance assets.
• Develop workflows and automation using BPMN and Collibra tooling.
• Integrate Collibra with Databricks to support metadata ingestion, cataloging, and lineage.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and engineers to implement governance requirements.
