The Team

We are revolutionizing collections by emphasizing empathy, results, and success. As a Senior Collections Agent, you will help borrowers overcome financial challenges while achieving performance goals. This role suits individuals skilled in negotiation, compassionate communication, and results-driven work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

Location: Remote, with in-office requirements in Columbus, OH (3 days/month).
Time Zone: East Coast.
Travel: Occasional in-person meetings quarterly.

Impact & Responsibilities

• Leverage collections expertise to offer personalized solutions, negotiate effectively, and manage delinquency.
• Exceed KPIs such as dollars collected per hour and promise-to-pay commitments within 7 days of RPC.
• Participate in initiatives to improve borrower support and process efficiency.

Success Metrics

• High recovery rates and effective negotiation leading to consistent KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2+ years in collections at a financial institution, familiarity with relevant laws, proven performance in KPIs.
• Preferred: 3+ years experience, managing high-risk accounts, strong negotiation skills, compliance knowledge, and de-escalation abilities.
