Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Collections Escalation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will manage a high-risk portfolio of clients, along with other subset of accounts requiring tailored strategies to drive results. In addition to managing a portfolio, this role will encompass other accounts receivable related responsibilities along with providing guidance and mentorship to team members, as needed, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

This position requires strong analytical abilities to navigate and resolve complex financial situations, strong communication and negotiation skills for effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders along with empathy and compassion while making decisions that minimize risk.

Additionally, you should be able to handle complex customer calls and will oversee and lead AR special projects, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully manage and oversee a diverse account receivable portfolio of clients, ensuring strategic and personalized client interactions
  • Lead monthly accounts receivable calls with stakeholders and collaborate on best practices to drive results.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong growth mindset, demonstrating agility and adaptability to achieve optimal outcomes and has a digital mindset who embraces technology to continuously improve processes, creating value and efficiency.
  • Provide insightful recommendations and advice to internal teams and Leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Ability to handle escalated and complex account related challenges, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
  • Act as a mentor to team members, as needed, offering guidance and leadership to nurture talent and build a cohesive, high-performing team.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of related experience in credit/collections
  • Minimum High School Diploma, 4-year degree or equivalent work experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $26.12 - $43.54
