Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is an engineering company serving Government programs with experienced system architects, engineers, and program managers. The Senior TS/SCI Cleared Collection Manager will lead analytic efforts, collaborate across the IC, and develop rigorous, data-driven assessments to support mission requirements.

Qualifications include advanced degrees or equivalent senior experience, mastery of analytic methodologies, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of senior experience as substitute for Master's degree.
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
• Ability to define new research approaches and address high-level tasks.

Responsibilities

• Applies intelligence collection systems to inform consumers of collection developments and relevancy.
• Collaborates across the IC to optimize collection requirements.
• Evaluates the efficiency of multi-INT collection against requirements and plans.
• Produces concise, structured analyses and visualizations of ISR data.
