Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience managing Industrial Capital Projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading Cogeneration, Utilities, Energy Infrastructure or Power Systems projects.
• Strong understanding of Electrical Power Distribution Systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of an advanced-stage Cogeneration Project currently entering critical Civil Construction and Installation phases.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and process-related project activities.
• Manage contractors, construction activities, rigging operations, and field execution strategies.
• Monitor project schedule performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions.
• Drive project alignment across stakeholders, engineering disciplines, and operations teams.
• Review engineering deliverables including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
