Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead the COE team at the Wilsonville, OR facility. This on-site role reports to the Engineering and Commercial Manager and oversees engineering designs, technical direction, and customer support.

You will coordinate engineers and technicians, drive schedule attainment, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with sales, project management, and customers to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Electrical manufacturing/operations capacities.
• Prior experience providing technical direction or leadership to a team of engineers or technicians.
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Wilsonville, OR will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the COE engineers and technicians to drive schedule attainment and manufacturing requirements.
• Provide engineering designs, technical direction, and quality oversight for customer order activities.
• Support sales, project management and customers to develop solutions for non-standard applications.
• Lead, train, and develop engineers and technicians; manage development plans and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and tools to ensure quality and operational excellence.
• Manage large, complex projects to completion within deadlines.
