Collaborate with clinicians and administrative teams to clarify documentation, identify gaps, and improve accuracy while staying current with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in medical coding, preferably at an advanced or senior specialist level.
• Strong knowledge of neurosurgery and orthopedic coding practices.

Responsibilities
