Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years experience with corrosion control and coating inspection.
• Certified or ability to certify in forklift and crane operation.
• Knowledge of air assisted paint guns.
• Experience using tape measures and precision measuring tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate air assisted paint gun while wearing PPE.
• Prep and mask items to be painted.
• Operate overhead and jib cranes.
• Operate down draft paint booth.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Understand blueprints and specifications.
• Inspect structures/materials for paint booth operation.
• Oversee coating operations and enforce quality/safety programs.
• Mentor Level I/II technicians and provide guidance.
