Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead coating and material manufacturing from development to commercialization. You will drive cost-effective, high-quality products meeting customer specs and partner with cross-functional teams including NPD, operations, maintenance, QA, and sales.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in coating solutions within a fast-paced growth environment, with strong project management, safety leadership, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical focus preferred.
• 10 years of process engineering experience or 15 years in lieu of a degree.
• Proven track record delivering coating/substrate solutions; strong knowledge of coatings properties and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and risk assessments for coating operations.
• Oversee daily plant operations and drive process-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with NPD, operations, maintenance, QA, engineering, and sales to implement new products.
