Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental-related field or geology, biology, or similar.
• Strong writing and communication skills across client engagement.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary environmental projects with regulatory components.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and business in Texas.
• Experience with wetland delineations, surveys, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams for coastal and natural resources projects.
• Oversee regulatory permitting and NEPA-like assessments and coastal plans.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities in Texas.
• Collaborate with environmental leads, engineers, surveyors and other disciplines to deliver projects.
• Mentor team members and grow the Environmental Discipline within the firm.
