Job summary

DAVRON, LLC in Anchorage seeks a Senior Coastal Engineer to lead technical delivery, serve as a key client contact, and contribute to proposals and business development across the Pacific region. Requires 10+ years in coastal engineering, PE license, and experience with coastal/marine structures, erosion control, or related infrastructure.

You will lead planning, design, and delivery of complex projects, act as technical lead, and manage schedules, budgets, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years of coastal engineering experience in consulting or related environment.
Licensed Professional Engineer in good standing.
Experience with coastal/marine structures, erosion control, or related infrastructure.
Ability to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex coastal projects.
Experience with client engagement and business development in growth markets.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex coastal and waterfront projects.
Serve as technical lead and project manager, including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and QA/QC.
Oversee engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Support site investigations, permitting, construction-phase services, and oversight.
Provide day-to-day client engagement and help proposals and BD in new growth market.
