Job summary

DAVRON, LLC in Anchorage seeks a Senior Coastal Engineer to lead technical delivery, serve as a key client contact, and contribute to proposals and business development across the Pacific region. Requires 10+ years in coastal engineering, PE license, and experience with coastal/marine structures, erosion control, or related infrastructure.

You will lead planning, design, and delivery of complex projects, act as technical lead, and manage schedules, budgets, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

  • Requires 10+ years of coastal engineering experience in consulting or related environment.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in good standing.
  • Experience with coastal/marine structures, erosion control, or related infrastructure.
  • Ability to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex coastal projects.
  • Experience with client engagement and business development in growth markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, design, and delivery of complex coastal and waterfront projects.
  • Serve as technical lead and project manager, including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and QA/QC.
  • Oversee engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Support site investigations, permitting, construction-phase services, and oversight.
  • Provide day-to-day client engagement and help proposals and BD in new growth market.
