Job summary

GliaCell Technologies is seeking a Senior CNO NetDev Developer for a full-time position in Laurel, MD, supporting a U.S. Government customer. This role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

The successful candidate will support critical mission-related software and systems, augment existing toolsets, and produce end tools operating within mission constraints.

Salary range is $200,000 to $280,000 with various employee benefits including a sign-on bonus and substantial paid time off.

Skills

Familiar with Unix based systems

Experience with reverse engineering Linux based network devices

In‑depth understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP)

Analysis of network traffic (e.g., Wireshark)

Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python/Assembly

Familiarity with Git and Subversion

Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)

GliaCell is seeking a Senior CNO NetDev Developer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full‑time position supporting a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission‑related software and systems within a large government contract.

Responsibilities

• Augment existing toolsets.
• Derive, document, and analyze requirements.
• Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.
• Produce end tools that can operate within mission constraints.

Key Requirements

• Possess an active or re‑statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Professional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree.
• Works well independently as well as on a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Required Skills

• Familiar with Unix based systems.
• Experience with reverse engineering Linux based network devices.
• In‑depth understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and analysis of network traffic (e.g., Wireshark).
• Produce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python/Assembly.
• Provide support for fielded software systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Subversion.
• Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).

Desired Skills

• Experience with reverse engineering Windows or embedded platforms (RTOS).
• Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.
• Experience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications.
• Experience with vulnerability research and exploit development.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

Location: Laurel, MD (onsite full time)

Salary Range: $200,000 to $280,000. Sign‑on bonus eligible.
