Job summary

NexTier Power Solutions is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to apply engineering expertise and leadership to support integrated well completions with a focus on CNG fueling. You will commission CNG equipment, provide field and facility technical support, and drive maintenance and safety standards across the district.

The role includes project management of equipment enhancements, developing training materials, mentoring operators, and analyzing field data to improve reliability using health

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
2–3 years of oil and gas experience.
Gas handling experience preferred.
Completion of assigned EDP training is required.

Responsibilities

Review all job designs before rig up.
Commission CNG equipment prior to field deployment.
Project manage equipment enhancements and facilities upgrades.
Develop training documentation for CNG personnel.
Provide onsite technical support for customers and field operations.
Promote HSE values and follow NexTier safety policies.
