Job summary

You will work directly with CNC programmers, machinists, controls engineers, and customers to develop reliable production processes, optimize toolpaths, tooling, and fixturing, and lead turnkey automation integrations from concept through production launch.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC programming and machining process development.
• Experience optimizing cycle time, tool life, and quality.
• Ability to read GD&T drawings and set up fixturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, prove out, and optimize CNC machining processes for production.
• Create and modify CNC programs using Mastercam and CAM software.
• Develop tooling, workholding, and fixturing strategies.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and improve process reliability.
