The ideal candidate has 5+ years of aerospace/mfg experience, strong math and blueprint-reading skills, and communicates effectively with team members to drive quality and efficiency in a fast-paced shop.

• 5+ years of related experience setting up and operating precision CNC turning centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and setup sheets.
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and work with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC turning centers, including multiple configurations for high tolerance parts.
• Perform inspections and document results to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safe manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate with team members to meet production schedules and goals.
