You will lead daily operations, assign tasks, monitor performance, and collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvements, training, and documentation. A strong safety mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3+ years in machining/production preferred.
• Strong leadership and safety-first mindset required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with lean and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and guide a team to meet production targets.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities based on skills and workloads.
• Monitor quality and adherence to aerospace industry standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
