Qualifications

• 4-6 years related CNC operation experience and/or training.
• Mastercam or CAD/CAM software knowledge; Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks familiarity.
• Vocational/HS diploma or GED; trade training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train machine shop staff and implement training plan.
• Interpret blueprints and determine tolerances.
• Develop machining sequences and fixturing for efficient production.
• Program, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
