Job summary

CIRCOR Leslie Controls is seeking a Sr. Process Engineering Manager to develop, optimize, and implement CNC programs and tooling solutions for multi-axis machining centers. You will lead process improvements, fixture design, and CAM optimization to boost productivity.

The role requires expertise in ESPRIT CAM, SolidWorks, and GD&T, with a track record of mentoring junior programmers and collaborating with engineering and operations to improve manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in CNC Programming, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is a plus - High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 8 years of experience programming, setup, and machining on 4 or 5 axis systems.
• ESPRIT CAM experience or Multiple CAM software experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for multi-axis (4 and 5 axis) machining centers.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T requirements.
• Support production machining processes and troubleshoot CNC program issues.
• Lead development of complex multi-axis CNC machining strategies.
• Mentor junior programmers and provide CAM programming training.
