Job summary

• 5+ years of experience in a directly relatable field.
• Substantial experience with sheet metal processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Program production machinery including lasers, brakes, punches, and other CNC-controlled equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop processes for new and complex parts.
• Review part drawings and customer requirements to determine optimal programming solutions.
• Support the transition of new parts from prototype to production through programming and validation.
• Maintain organized programming files and documentation for repeatability and traceability.
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and refine programs for efficiency and quality.
• Adjust programs based on material changes, tooling, or production feedback.
• Ensure all programs meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align programming with production and customer needs.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts related to programming, setup, and run-time optimization.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety protocols.
