Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC experience in manufacturing (medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred).
• 5+ years CAM experience or equivalent complex manual programming.
• Ideal candidate has Heidenhain and/or hyperMILL experience.
• Strong knowledge of advanced inspection techniques and systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
• Basic project management skills.
• Eligibility for sign-on bonus if applying directly to company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production programs using CAM software.
• Create and maintain production documentation.
• Mentor and train production machinists.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to develop/refine processes.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) development and validation.
• Assist in training and transitioning processes to production personnel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup and programming issues on the production floor.
• Support and guide CNC Programming Techs and CNC Programmers on NPI and production activities.
• Investigate, develop, and test custom tooling as needed.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
