Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision-focused manufacturing team. You will collaborate with engineering, optimize machining processes, and ensure high-quality tooling production from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include programming with Mastercam, setting up CNC machines, and mentoring teammates in a fast-paced environment. Strong blueprint reading and CAM programming skills are required along with 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years of advanced manufacturing experience is required.
• 3 years of verifiable CAM programming experience is required.
• Associate’s degree or certification in CNC machining, precision machining, or manufacturing technology is preferred.
• 5+ years of advanced manufacturing experience with 3+ years CAM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code for CNC operations.
• Design fixtures or select work-holding solutions.
• Maintain a departmental tool library database.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Perform in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers.
• Mentor Tooling Center machinists and team members.
• Identify process improvements and new technology opportunities.
