Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision-focused manufacturing team. You will collaborate with engineering to optimize tooling, program CNC machines with Mastercam, and support tooling production from concept to completion.

The role requires strong blueprint reading, CAM experience, and the ability to mentor machinists in a fast-paced foundry tooling environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of advanced manufacturing experience required.
• 3 years of verifiable CAM programming experience required.
• Associate’s degree or certification in CNC machining or manufacturing technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and CAD technicians to improve tooling designs and processes.
• Use Mastercam to generate G-code for CNC operations.
• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce precision components.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other instruments.
• Mentor and support Tooling Center machinists and team members.
