Euro Machine in Loganville, GA seeks an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to program, set up, and run milling centers in a fast-paced, family-owned environment. The role requires strong Mastercam skills, blueprint reading, and extensive CNC programming and setup experience.

You will select tooling, optimize processes, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, and collaborate across teams. Overtime is regular; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Extensive CNC programming experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Strong Mastercam programming skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Understanding of tooling, workholding, speeds, feeds, and machining processes.
• Ability to inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsabilidades

• Program, set up, and operate CNC horizontal and vertical machining centers.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies for new and existing jobs.
• Perform complete machine setups and prove-outs.
• Adjust feeds, speeds, offsets, and tooling to improve efficiency and part quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Produce tight-tolerance precision components to customer specifications.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
• Collaborate with fellow machinists, quality personnel, and management to ensure on-time delivery.
