Job summary

You will create setup sheets, maintain tooling libraries, update programs for revisions, read blueprints, and ensure parts print efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Five+ years programming CNC mills and lathes required; 5–10 years setup/operation of 3–5 axis centers.
• Experience with MasterCam or similar CAD/CAM software; knowledge of G-code editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for mills and lathes using MasterCAM.
• Develop and maintain tooling, fixturing, and toolpath libraries.
• Create and standardize setup sheets for programmed parts.
• Update CAM programs for engineering revisions and changes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Work with machinists to ensure parts print efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Inspect work, document results, and report issues to supervisors.
