Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ demonstrated experience programming CNC machines to tight tolerances.
• Proficient with CNC software such as MasterCam X, Haas GL software, and Fanuc control CNC equipment.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and demonstrated ability to produce prototype parts from blueprint/drawing.
• Familiarity with CAM packages and CAD tools used in design-to-manufacture workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create or revise multi-axis CNC programs for new products or engineering changes; maintain current revisions.
• Lead programming for 5-axis/multi-axis centers and complex components.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for NPIs with engineering teams.
• Create efficient toolpaths for various platforms (Haas, DMG, Mori/Moyuri, Okuma).
• Read blueprints and perform in-process inspection; document results and deviations.
