Aerocom Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team in Colorado. You will develop and optimize CNC programs for complex parts on 5-axis machines using TopSolid CAM and Mastercam 2027, ensuring tight tolerances are met.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, an associate degree in CNC Technology or Manufacturing Technology, and a strong eye for detail. Competitive pay starts at $48/hr, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC programming experience.
Proficient in TopSolid CAM and Mastercam.
Experience with 5-axis machines and G-code/M-code programming.
Associate’s degree in CNC Technology or Manufacturing Technology.
NIMS certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex parts using TopSolid CAM; Mastercam 2027 available.
Operate DMG MORI CTX lathes, mills, and grinders to produce parts within tolerances.
Set up CNC machines, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.
Maintain accurate records of programs, setups, and production runs.
Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure parts meet specifications.
Collaborate with engineers and designers to refine designs and improve processes.
