Responsibilities

• Maximize CNC lathe capabilities through high-level programming and setup.
• Use Esprit software to program CNC lathes to customer specifications.
• Set up CNC lathes to produce precision parts consistently.
• Keep CNC lathes running optimally.
• Submit first article inspection reports to QC Manager for approval.
• Set up CNC lathes independently from a CNC program.
• Instruct and train operators.
• Act as a technical lead in the CNC department.

• Keep CNC lathes running optimally.
• Submit completed first article inspection report to QC Manager for approval.
• Set-Up CNC lathes independently from a CNC program.
• Instruct and train operators.
• Act as a technical lead in the CNC department.
