Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing/industrial setting with CNC experience.
• Knowledge of FRP, composites, robotics, and automated production systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and facility management.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate robots and CNC milling machines in coordination with programmers.
• Load, calibrate, and inspect plugs and parts to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of parts, obtain quotes, manage purchase orders, and work with vendors.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols and perform equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine performance.
